The in-room breakfast service was a bit slow, but the delicious food made up for it. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious stay with excellent amenities and service.

I had a great stay at a hotel located in the prime area of the city of Porto. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the hotel had good WiFi and a variety of TV channels. The location was just out of the city centre, but there was a bus stop conveniently located across the street that provided easy access to the historic district.
The coffee machine in the room was a bit complicated to use, and there were limited power connections near the mirror for using the hair dryer.

The hotel is just outside the busy center of this city, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat. It is conveniently located very close to a subway stop, providing easy access to the historic district, only 3 miles away. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I was actually surprised by the warm welcome I received at Crowne Plaza. The staff provided me with a complimentary glass of port, a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable, awesome for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of fruit options, which I appreciated. Although the hotel is located a bit outside of town, I found it convenient as it was close to my business engagements. The bus stop across the street made it easy to access the downtown commercial center. I did experience a minor issue with the coffee machine in the room, but overall, my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying at Crowne Plaza again. I highly recommend this hotel.
